In the Dustin Hoffman movie classic, “The Graduate”, there’s a memorable conversation between Hoffman’s character, Ben, and another character named Mr. McGuire. On the subject of Ben’s future after graduating from college, Mr. McGuire offers to share a pearl of wisdom.
